AUDI SERVICE & REPAIR
With their Quattro all-wheel drive system, Audi has become very popular in Colorado, and as such we provide Audi repair, service, and maintenance for a lot of them. From brakes and oil changes to complete engine or transmission overhauls, we have you covered.
Audi had a rough start in their early days, but when the B5 A4 chassis came out in the mid 90’s, the company hit success. The 1.8T 4-cylinder turbo engine was robust and powerful enough to climb any hill in the mountains. Coupled to their excellent all-wheel drive system, Audi had a winner on their hands. And if that wasn’t enough power, you could get the infamous S4 with a 2.7T twin-turbo V6 engine in that same little car. Audi’s S line of cars is similar to BMW’s M division, featuring upgraded suspension, engine, and wider body work to fit more rubber to the ground. Going one step further into insanity is the RS line of Audi’s, featuring their most powerful engines including the return of the infamous 5-cylinder turbo in the TT RS and RS 3.
POWER & TECHNOLOGY
The B6 A4 saw continued success using the same drivetrain up until it was replaced in the B7 chassis. The 2.0T FSI engine was a big jump in power and technology and offered a better all-around driving experience. This engine was later refined to the 2.0T TSI which addressed some of the weak points like the high-pressure fuel pump and cam lobe wear. We have repaired piston ring failures in early versions of this motor, but that issue seems to have been solved in later production years. The combination of style, fit and finish and a pavement-gripping AWD system have made Audi a staple in the European car world.
