Digital Inspections

We now offer all of our customers a state-of-the-art digital inspection report every time your vehicle is in for service. You will receive a link to the report in a text message so you can view the status of your car. Areas needing attention will be marked and photos of the issue will be included so you can see the inspection results for yourself.

Authorizing Repairs

We get your permission before making any repair on your car.  There will be no surprises on your bill.  If anything unexpected comes up while we are working on your car that could affect cost or the timeline for completion, we will contact you to get your permission to proceed.  We are always happy to have you accompany our ASE-Certified technician into our shop so you can learn about how a system works and see for yourself what repairs are needed.  And if you would like to receive the defective parts that have been replaced, just let us know.  At Weston Automotive you can be confident that you will get fair, accurate estimates and honest treatment whenever you visit.
